We stayed in a spacious two-bedroom suite that came equipped with a balcony, which was fantastic for enjoying our coffee in the mornings. The hotel is perfectly located in a quiet area very close to the main sights, making it easy for our family of five to explore Prague.

Some inconsistencies in housekeeping and limited tea options were disappointing during our stay. A few minor maintenance issues in the bathroom detracted from the luxurious feel of the place.

Only downside was the concierge service, which was not very helpful in providing accurate info. We faced some confusion when asking for car rental recommendations, which could have been better managed.

Staying in the Junior Suite was a win! The space was huge and clean with stylish decor. My daughter loved the coloring kit they provided. A cool perk was the heated bathroom floor, which felt amazing when we got out of the shower. But, the shower itself didn’t have a bath, which wasn’t ideal for us. Overall, it was a cozy home base right near Charles Bridge, perfect for our family trip.
